Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team. If you have excellent communication skills and are passionate about customer engagement, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Promote products and services to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on leads and manage customer queries effectively.
• Update and maintain customer records in the database.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
• Must be fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, English, and Marathi.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
