Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at Amplified Infotech, you will be responsible for driving sales and building long-term relationships with clients. Your role will focus on generating new business, identifying opportunities, and managing customer accounts. You’ll work closely with our marketing and customer support teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and competitors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
