Cancellation Policy

At SecurityVala.com, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, we are here to assist you. Please review our cancellation policy below to ensure a smooth process.
1. Order Cancellation Request
You can cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. To cancel your order:

- Include your order number and the reason for cancellation in the request.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may need to follow our Return Policy once the item has been delivered.
2. Cancellation Fees
- No Cancellation Fee: If your cancellation request is received before your order is processed or shipped, there will be no cancellation fee.
- Restocking Fee: In cases where an item has already been processed for shipping, or if you are canceling a custom or special order, we may charge a restocking fee of 10% or a flat fee depending on the nature of the product.
3. When Can You Cancel?
- Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it without incurring any cancellation fees.
- After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item using our Return Policy after receiving the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may apply.
4. How to Cancel a Service
If your order is for a service, such as installation, consulting, or a subscription, you may cancel your service by:
- Contacting Customer Support within 24 Hours of placing the order.
- Once the service has been fully or partially rendered, cancellations will not be accepted.
5. Refunds After Cancellation
Once your cancellation is confirmed, you will be issued a refund based on the payment method used for the purchase. Please note:
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Partial Refunds: If a restocking fee or any charges were incurred due to the cancellation, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
6. Non-Cancelable Orders
The following orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances:
- Customized or Personalized Products: Items that are tailored to your specifications (e.g., engraved, made-to-order).
- Digital Products: Downloadable software, eBooks, and other digital content are final sales and cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased.
- Services Rendered: Services that have already been provided or initiated cannot be canceled.
