- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) will be processed the following business day.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs. The available options will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery time is typically between 5-7 business days within the country.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery time is typically between 2-3 business days (depending on location).
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country but are usually between 7-14 business days. Customs processing may delay delivery times.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, holidays, or other external factors may occur.
3. Shipping Charges
- Domestic Shipping: The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your shipping address.
- International Shipping: International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and size.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over INR 5000 within India.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on SecurityVala.com and viewing your order history.
5. Address Accuracy
Please make sure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an address error is discovered after your order is placed, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to make corrections before shipment.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we are only able to ship to the following locations:
- Indian Cities
- Certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific destinations due to regulations.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure that orders are delivered within the estimated time frame, shipping delays may occur due to:

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the damage. We will assist you in arranging a replacement or a refund.
Lost Shipments: If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at amit.badiyani@securityvala.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and find a resolution. Please allow up to 10 business days for lost package claims to be processed.
9. Customs and Import Duties (for International Orders)
For international orders, please be aware that:
- You may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery, depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
- We are not responsible for delays or fees imposed by customs agencies.
10. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Shipping
We do accept orders to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, please note that shipping to these addresses may take longer, and tracking information may not be available.
