  • Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Certain products or services may not be eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Digital Products (e.g., software, eBooks, downloadable content, etc.)
  • Customized or Personalized Products
  • Services that have been partially or fully rendered (e.g., installations, consultations, etc.)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: After receiving your request, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  3. Return the Item:

    • Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging (if available) and send them back to the address provided.
    • You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them for damage and confirm they meet our return eligibility criteria.

    • If the item is accepted, we will process your refund or exchange.
    • If the return is denied, we will notify you of the reason and the item will be sent back to you.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days after we have received and processed the returned item(s).
  • Restocking Fees: Some items may be subject to a restocking fee of 10%, which will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same return process. Once the returned item is received and processed, we will send the exchanged item to you. If there is a price difference, you will be required to pay or will receive a refund as applicable.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will either replace the damaged item or offer a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital Products: Software, eBooks, and other downloadable content.
  • Gift Cards: All sales of gift cards are final.
  • Customized or Personalized Products: Products that have been tailored or personalized for you.
  • Services Rendered: Any services that have been fully or partially rendered are non-refundable.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable, unless required by law or if we made an error in your order.

8. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the country, please be aware that you are responsible for all return shipping costs and potential customs duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us safely.
